Overseeing daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation. Maintain high food standards. Oversee kitchen staff. Purchasing. Providing leadership to other kitchen staff through guidance and direction. Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained. Quality control.

Experience: At least 4-5 years experience as a head chef in a reputable restaurant. Applicable culinary degree/ diploma/ training. Solid track record of career history. Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Dedication and creative vision.
