Human Resource Manager,, Bellville, Northern Suburbs. This role is to manage, direct, and coordinate the HR function for the organisation. In doing so, the incumbent is expected to play a key role in driving necessary business and employee performance across the business through partnerships with the business leaders. The incumbent will need to provide proactive HR advice and guidance to management and employees at all levels within the organisation and facilitate the delivery of the HR strategic plan while maintaining compliance with regulatory legislation.

Key Competencies: Excellent ability to communicate and build relationships with people at all levels of the organization through various methods. Ability to apply adaptive planning and continual improvement methodology whilst still maintaining the quality of service in prescribed deadlines. Ability to assess multiple problems and resolve them accordingly.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors. High emotional maturity and social awareness to work well with others.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience: A minimum of a relevant Human Sciences degree or equivalent (a post-graduate relevant qualification will be a further consideration).
HPCSA registration (Industrial Psych/Psychometrist) would be an added advantage but not required. 5-8 years HR Management (Generalist) experience in the full HR value chain of which at least 3 years should also have been in a Management / Leadership capacity. Previous experience within Corporate Retail or Information Technology Industries will be advantageous.
Experience with developing and implementing EE Plans and Skills Development Plans (ATR/WSP) as well as the submission thereof. Understanding of BBBEE framework and submission requirements. Broad-based general knowledge of HR, relevant legislation, and HR best practice.
Proven track record of performance delivery. Proven people management and interactive skills/facilitation experience together with excellent communication abilities. Change management facilitation experience and competence.
Appropriate understanding of the financial impact and business financial performance (manage own functional budget). Proficient with G-Suite and general computer literacy.
