Hi, there we are looking for Optical Dispensing/Frontline staff with exceptional communication and sales skills, as well as a passion for their profession for our new startup in the V&A waterfront.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to: Discuss the client's eyewear needs & choose the appropriate frame to satisfy the client's comfort, appearance, and prescription requirements. Discuss and recommend types of lenses and lens enhancements. Ensure lenses conform to the prescription of the Optometrist. Ensure the new eyewear fits correctly and comfortably. Ensure the finished product meets quality standards. Repairs and adjustments to spectacles. Keep accurate patient records. All frontline and admin related duties within the practice.

Requirements: Relevant qualification as Optical Dispenser. HPCSA registered. IT Skills (MS Office etc.) Working knowledge of all Medical Aids(optional). Minimum of 1-year qualified experience.
