Building Supervisor, Durbanville, Northern Suburbs. A small Plumbing and construction company situated in the Northern. Suburbs is looking for a supervisor to manage all building related jobs with a valid driver’s license and contactable references. We work mostly for insurance companies and do small repair jobs related to claims. Jobs include, ceiling repair and replacements, small building and plaster jobs, water damaged walls and floors, tiling, overseeing BIC replacement (no need to have in depth knowledge) and all other domestic general repair work on roofs and bathrooms. The applicant will need to follow a tight schedule of one or more sites daily, collect and drop off material, manage jobs to completion.

General requirements: Good Knowledge off the following: (you do not need to do this yourself, but needs to know the correct way off doing it and lead a team) Ceilings and partitions. Building and plaster. BIC and kitchen cupboards, Flooring, Roofs, Bathroom renovation and tiling.

Applicant must: Matriculated. Honest and punctual. Accurate and attention to detail. Focussed and driven. Very good communication skills.
