Minimum Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Nursing Field i.e. Diploma General. Nursing Science / BCur Degree. Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ Management Experience in a Hospital Environment with a nursing background i.e. Unit Manager followed by Hospital Manager / Nursing Services Manager. Current SANC Registration.

DUTIES: Ensures the team achieve the best possible outcome for patients by using a person-centred approach. Ensures the team prevent risk and ensure the highest possible quality standards according to policies, processes and tasks, legislative requirements and LEAN principles Identify, develop and adhere to personal and team development plans to ensure focused and co-ordinated teams in line with company strategy.

Ensure the management of operational, staffing and capital expenses according to financial principles and budget. Ensure effective management of human resources.
