Technical French customer service advisor

My client is a multinational based in Cork They are currently looking for a French speaker to join their customer service team.

Your goal:

As  a customer service advisor, you will be a high performer with a large interest for new technologies. You will assist customers regarding their different queries on their product range.

Required Skills and Experience:

-Fluent in French and English.

-Must have very good written communication skills.

-Call Centre Experience: at least 6 months customer support experience via phone, email, and chat will be preferred.

-Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.

-A very good team player.

-The ability to deal with problems and solve them.

-Really customer service focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly way.
