Responsibilities and Duties
Calling patients on the phone and booking them in for treatments.
Answering phones and booking in patients.
Talking with patients and assessing client’s needs and providing information on our medical Treatments
Working in a busy clinic dealing arranging patients and medical staff.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven work experience in Administration and sales and customer service.
Familiarity with databases and statistics.
Knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Strong organisational and time management skills
