Butchery Operations Manager, Wynberg & Plumstead, Southern Suburbs. Company Name: Evolution Recruitment. Butchery Operations Manager with 10 years experience (a siginificant number of which must have been in High End Market Butchery Establishments), is Urgently Required by our client.

To manage the operations of a High end Market based establishment. Must have experience in orders and receiving, Breaking carcases, block testing, calculating GP and increasing GP margins, Customer care, Product cross selling and up-selling, adding value, shop Display and Layout, Hygiene etc.

Must also have extensive experience in opening new business and shops from scratch. Must be fluent in English.

Remuneration: Market related basic, incentive scheme, medical aid etc.
