Store Manager – Retail, Parow, Northern Suburbs. General Manager (Retail) Parow. Our client is a retail shop providing New and Second hand electronics, furniture, and other household products. They also provide pawning for cash and cash loans. They are currently looking for a General Manager to run the shop's operations.

Requirements: A relevant Tertiary. Qualification in Business, Marketing, Finance etc. Candidate must have at least 3 Years’ experience in a similar post. Experience in similar industry is a must. Solid knowledge of relevant regulations.

Responsibilities: Setting sales targets and making sure that staff are motivated to meet the targets. Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Overseeing procurement, pricing, stock control and merchandising. Recruitment and supervision of staff. Ensuring Maximum profitability of shop. Preparing promotional material and displays.

Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety Legislation. Valuation and buying of second hand products so that we can discuss further. Salary package will be discussed with shortlisted candidates only.
