Our company located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE is looking to hire a customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

1. Calling existing and potential customers.

2. Accurately recording and processing details of customers’ inquiries.

3. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

4. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied.

5. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

6. Developing in-depth knowledge to make suitable recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.

7. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.

Telesales Executive Requirements:

1. Newly graduates are acceptable

2. Certified Sales Professional is advantageous.

3. Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive.

4. Should speak Arabic and English language

5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

6. The ability to follow company’s rules and regulations.

7. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

8. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

9. Effective communication skills.

10. Exceptional customer service skills.
