French Credit Controller

Our client, a successful company in the FMCG industry is currently seeking a French speaking Credit Controller with excellent customer service skills, to join their credit control team which forms part of their large Finance division.

Key Responsibilities will include:

    * Collecting cash within Europe and Ireland over the phone
    * Allocation of payments and processing credit notes
    * Issuing month end statements and monthly aged debt reporting
    * Resolving customer queries in a professional manner
    * Carrying out credit checks
    * Work in conjunction with the sales team to resolve any issues causing payment delays.
    * Assist with the year end audit

Skills and Experience Required:

    * 2 years experience in a target driven customer facing role, ideally credit control
    * Fluent business level French
    * Good knowledge of accounting principles
    * Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Excel
    * Excellent communication skills with an analytical ability
    * A prove experience to work towards targets and deadlines
    * Organised with strong administration skills.
    * A qualification in Finance would be preferred but not compulsory
