Mango5 is currently seeking to employ Sales Driven, Money hungry OUTBOUND SALES AGENTS for our renowned company. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will strive to meet targets set by operations with ease and in return for your hard work we offer you a Basic Salary, Uncapped Commission, Weekly Incentives and a List of Perks!   What You'll Do

Your role will be to cold call clients to sell short term home and car insurance. We require an individual who is self -motivated and does not give up easily, a real negotiator and a true Sales Guru!

Who You Are: An exceptional negotiator. Confident to cold call. Have a minimum of 12 months call centre experience. Have a minimum of 6 months sales experience. Computer literate with good data capturing capabilities. Have Matric. Clear Criminal record. Benefits  Perks. Medical Insurance and Emergency Assistance after 3 months of employment. E-Learning portal access to over 60 courses.

Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday  8am to 5pm. Thursdays are Marathon Days  8am to 8pm with FREE LUNCH PROVIDED. Fridays are - 8am to 3.30pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1.30pm.

Remuneration: R5 000 basic, plus Commission  Incentives.
