Front of House staff needed, Witbank, Mpumalanga. Experienced FOH staff required for new restaurant opening in Emalahleni, September 2020.

Experience Prerequisites: 2 Years minimum proven track record in a FOH role. Well spoken. Well groomed. Practices excellent hygiene. Fluency in English / Afrikaans. Good understanding of the ins & outs of the industry. Service orientated mindset. Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures. Ability to work independently. Possess a proactive, team player mindset. Demonstration of positive behaviors. Ability to responsibly handle cash flow. Reliable worker seeking growth within a company. Ability to deliver impeccable product knowledge to each guest.

Ability to work under immense pressure. Possess a confident & patient attitude. Flexibility regarding working hours. Clean criminal record.

Position Summary: Waitrons / Bartenders, Full time position, Basic salary + commission + tips, Commission - performance based. Own reliable transport is required for staff residing in surrounding areas. Accommodation is available at an additional monthly cost. Candidates approved for screening will continue to an unpaid training process. Screening & Interviews will take place in July 2020. Training to start August 2020
