Site Construction Supervisor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for coordinating the day to day activities of the site.

Assigning daily tasks and supervising employees to ensure the work is finished in time and with required quality.

To initiate measures to improve method, equipment performance and quality of work.

Identifying and ordering construction tools, materials, labor required from the start to completion of the project.

To enforce safety regulations and adherence to proper codes and standards at the site.

Responsible for monitoring the project budget, employees productivity and ensuring it remains within the estimated budget and time.

Nationality from Indian/Pakistani/Nepali and Srilankan preferred.
