Vehicle Monitor, Vredendal, West Coast. You will work on a 3 month fixed term contract, till end August, taking responsibility for vehicle checking, despatching and monitoring. Essential that this person lives in Vredendal. The site will be staffed seven days a week (including public holidays). Operational hours and shifts still need to be decided.

MUST HAVES: Drivers License, Your own vehicle - will be paid per km if required to use. Computer literate (intermediate level). Some operational / logistics experience will be HIGHLY beneficial. At least a Grade 12. Fluent in Eng. and Afr. (written and verbal).

Responsibility: Start every morning with a vehicle check of all the vehicles. Ensure that the Covid-19 screening process is followed before vehicle and driver can be dispatched. Despatch vehicles as required using the sheet provided. Sign vehicles and drivers back in after their trips.

Check that vehicles have been washed, cleaned and sanitized for the next trips. You may be required to sanitize the vehicles yourself, using fogger - training will be given.
