Accounts Admin./Clerk Required, City Centre, Durban City. Established financial company in the City requires an Accounts Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team, the candidate must have the below listed qualification's and requirement's to be considered for the position;
Requirements: Full reconciliation of debtors. Queries resolutions. Monitor Overdue Debtors. Maintain routine and accurate bookkeeping. Keep records of payments. Debt collection of debtors who owe money in writing & by telephone to recover.
Investigate short and non-payments. Allocation of payment's from remittances. Maintain good relationships. Min Matric & 5 years experience.
Qualifications: Fully Computer literate in Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel and Patel Partner (adv.) Excellent Organisational, verbal and written communication skills are a must. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Preferably have a degree or diploma in the accounting field. Available Immediately. Basic; R8000.00 p/m + Benefits (Med.Aid + pension).
