We are a small property valuation firm currently seeking an experienced, organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Requirements and Skills: Minimum academic qualification: Matric. Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English with excellent vocabulary and grammar skills.
Strong secretarial and administration experience (Minimum 5 years) a must with experience in the property sector to be an advantage. Valid driver’s license and own transport. General computer literacy including MS Office. Stable employment record. At least two contactable references. Clear ITC, financial and criminal record.
Must be able to start ASAP. Reside (preferably) in Northern suburbs. Permanent employment subject to probation period. Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays from 08h00 am to 17h00 pm.

Duties: General office duties, Interaction with clients. Generate computurised reports, create presentations, and conduct research. Assistance to valuers’ where necessary. Professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Handle client queries. Provide ongoing customer service support.
