An additional vacancy has arisen for a dynamic self-starter with excellent attention to detail and sound computer literacy to join our Ottery Warehouse supply chain team. Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials, skills and attributes: Matric with good maths mark; Contactable references in related field; Post matric computer certification would be to your advantage; 2-3 years-experience in similar role in a fast-moving supply chain division; Is an independent self-starter who uses their excellent attention to detail and work ethic to capture all data on time in full; Has a proven track record of at least 2-3 years in an administrative role requiring excellent attention to detail; Has strong systems aptitude and ability to think on their feet; Has good interpersonal skills that enable them to communicate and work well as part of a team; Has strong computer literacy and experience working on ERP systems/(Syspro, Sage or SAP); Has strong problem solving and decision-making skills together with a “can do” attitude for getting things done; Experience with cycle counting will be to your advantage.

Key deliverables of the role: Captures all relevant data on time in full (including but not limited to purchase orders and delivery notes); Conducts accurate cycle counts in line with laid down procedures; Issues Tracksys labels ensuring there is no stock in the warehouse that is not correctly labelled; Implements 5s and GMP systems; Operates well as part of a team to deliver customer commitments; Evaluates and reports on progress against targets and provides solutions to problems/ obstacles that may arise; Implements housekeeping and safety process; and Follows all GMP and COVID-19 regulations and protocols.
