Call Centre Representatives- Grade 12 And School Leavers, Alexandra, Johannesburg. Our recruitment and outsourcing section is recruiting new people to be part of the developing workforce which will be enlisted to make calls, liaison customers, make outgoing calls and provide reliable technical support services to customers. You will also assist customers in placing orders.

Main Tasks, Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers. Answer questions or handle complaints from customers. Field phone calls, emails, and chat requests. Provide information to customers about order status and product queries. Process customer orders changes returns according to established department policies and procedures.

Qualification and Skills: High school qualification or equivalent, Flexible, Customer focus, Ability to multitask. Training will be provided to all without call centre or any related experience.
