Needed in Pinetown, West Suburbs. Position of medical receptionist required in a gynaecologist practice. Our practice thrives on service excellence and meeting the needs of our patients.
Job entitles running the reception area of the practice including answering of calls and making appointments plus the following: Basic administration skill. Strong communication skills and people’s person. Invoicing. Data capturing. Filing. Computer literacy – confident with Microsoft office. Organising diaries and O.T slates. Medical aid billing and communications. Previous medical experience will be advantageous.
Experience on any medical software will be advantageous. Typing of letters of motivation and correspondents with medical aid. Start date - Immediate effect.
