Minimum Requirements: 4 years Team Management Experience within the call center. Excellent Communication Skills. Microsoft Office/Excel Experience. Excellent Knowledge of Reporting. Passionate about Sales. Debt Review / Debt Counselling Experience essential. Experience in Dialler and CRM programs experience. Experience in obtaining reputable reliable Data/Leads.
