Internal Sales Consultant, Other, Durban City. Internal sales wizard wanted at Durban based Stationery. Company established over 30 years ago. We specialize in stationery, office furniture and printing. Our values are under-promise and over-deliver. There is a friendly work environment with open door to the Directors. We are looking for a positive, professional and persistent internal sales representative. You will need to look after a database, revive dormant accounts and bring in new business from around Kwa-Zulu Natal. We target all sectors of the market. Candidates will need to join our sales team and work together to provide the best service. We are looking for hunters and not order takers! Someone organised and clear plan for each day. Calling our customers keeps our customers close.

Responsibilities: Processing customer quotes and order. Cold call to set up meetings for external reps. Courtesy calls to existing customer base. Work with other staff to improve service and knowledge of stock. Keep work stations neat. Formulate a customer database with email addresses. Work Monday to Friday from 8am- 4:30pm.

Requirements: Matric certificate, At least 2 years internal sales experience (Not retail), Experience selling stationery and office supplies is an advantage. Pastel and Microsoft experience. Salary is market related with a commission structure in place. Sales experience, knowledge of the industry and customer database may adjust salary.
