Creditors Clerk Administrator Stikland, Cape Town R13,000 - R15,000 PM, Other, Northern Suburbs.

Established Manufacturing and Installations company seeks an experienced Creditors Clerk to do the full Creditors function up to age analysis, ensure suppliers’ details are up to date, acquire BEE certificate, authorise purchase orders, capturing of invoices on Pastel Partner daily, ensure that VAT is captured correctly, post to GL accounts, ensure docs meet SARS requirements, recons of supplier accounts, resolve disputes and queries, vehicle tracking reports on Tracker, FNB fleet reports, ad hoc duties, assist Debtors when needed and cover reception.

Must have good Excel and be able to work in a controlled environment. Minimum of 5 years full Creditors on Pastel Partner, own car and driver’s license. Salary: RR13,000 - R15,000 PM.
