Food Service Supervisor (FOOD & beverage service supervisor)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $14.27 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable, Not required
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant
Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers
Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays
Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff
Security and Safety: Criminal record check (abstract)
Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform
