Customer Service Logistics Coordinator, Somerset West, Helderberg. We are an established online retailer and have a vacancy for a Customer Service Logistics Coordinator.
You will be working in a fastpaced environment liaising with customers, supplier warehouses and 3rd party couriers while coordinating the collection and delivery of customer orders.
You will be the point of contact for customers across South Africa resolving order queries. In a fast paced environment, it is crucial that you can learn fast and react fast while remaining organised and keep attention to detail.
Requirements: Must be able to start immediately. Minimum Matric. Fully bilingual - English & Afrikaans. Well-spoken. Excellent written & grammar skills (English & Afrikaans) for sending emails to customers & suppliers.
