Hamadi Lab Supervisor and Manager, Midrand, Johannesburg.

Hire Organization: HAMADI. Urgently looking for a experienced Lab Manager/Supervisor  to start immediately. 

Must have the following: Registered with the HPCSA. 10 Years post qualified experience. Experience working with large number of blood specimens daily. Previous record and experience working for one of the big Laboratories working with large volume of blood specimens.

DUTIES: Manage staff and laboratory stock including ordering stock timorously. Work day and night shifts. Work under a high pressure environment. Ensure efficient and accurate pathology results are produced and take responsibility for reviewing results. Ensure implementation and adoption of good laboratory practices and Standard Operating Procedures. Must have a good attitude and build team cohesion. Must possess skills as a leader and ability to manage large team.

Must he able to liase with doctors regarding queries on pathology results

Work closely with executive management at head office with regards to Laboratory management. Start date: IMMEDIATELY. Salary: Highly negotiable based on experience and candidate abilities. Location: Midrand Johannesburg. Individual must live in Johannesburg or surrounding areas.
