Experienced PA required Permanent Position!
We are currently recruiting for our client a Communications Company based in Dublin 6. They are seeking a PA to join their team to support at CEO level. This is a permanent position and hours of work are 9.00- 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The salary on offer to the successful candidate is €30,000. This role requires a strong PA who hit the ground running and is confident supporting at CEO level while supporting a busy core team of 7 people.
Duties include but are not limited to :
• Diary Management
• Travel Arrangements
• Taking Minutes
• Covering reception
• Scheduling meetings
• Managing agendas
• Order stationary
• IT liaison
• HR duties such as Handbook updates and Employment contracts
• Health and Safety
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to work in a demanding role
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong secretarial skills
• Experience organising travel arrangements is essential.
