At Harbinger Network we have partnered with a large General Contractor that is rapidly growing within the GTA who is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced project manager to get involved and become an integral part of that growth. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion and delivery of construction projects through proper project management respecting client requests, project deliverables, established budgets and delivery dates. The Project Manager has full ownership of every facet of a more complex project. The incumbent in this role is able to work in an autonomous and independent fashion. The incumbent also assists in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners and clients.
The successful candidate will have: 5-10 years of experience taking commercial construction projects (with a GC or Developer) from start to finish
    Projects will range in dollar value, up to at least 20 Million
    Gold Seal Certification is considered to be an asset
    Commercial Construction Project experience such as Shopping Mall renovations and expansions, Strip Plaza renovations and expansions, Schools, Hospitals, Community Centers and Rec Centers
    Compensation is commensurate based on experience
