Roles & Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries and complaints. To understand client needs and make recommendations for products or services that may better suit the client. Responsible for processing customer information to create sales and information databases. To present and sell company products and to potential customers through cold calling.
Job Requirements: Preferred candidates with at least 1 year experience in the same role. Must have outstanding excellent customer care service skills. The candidate must be reliable, confident and trustworthy. Must have strong communication and analytical skills.
