Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, On Call, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening
Salary: $14.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Specific Skills: Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision, Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, Estimate food requirements and costs, Inspect kitchens and food service areas, Order supplies and equipment, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.), Clean kitchen and work areas, Wash dishes, Manage kitchen operations
Work Location Information: Willing to relocate, Relocation costs covered by employer
Other Information:Must be fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish beneficial. Work evenings, weekends, holidays. Familiar with specialized Mexican items like Pico de Gallo, Guacamole, Carnitas, Barbacoa etc.
