Walk In Interview. Prior sales and customer support experience is required. Must be an excellent listener with an excellent phone etiquette. The candidates should be familiar with CRM systems and practices. Customer orientation with the ability to handle various types of characters. Able to multi-task, manage time and prioritize tasks. Must be natural and fluent English speaker.
Roles & Responsibilities: Handing large amounts of incoming calls. Responsible for generate sales leads. Resolving any customer complaints. Build long lasting relationships with customers.
