Experience of delivery and good performance within areas of accountability (application of knowledge & skill). Technical & functional knowledge of customer database management systems. Typing Speed: +/-25 wpm. Must have worked on various CRM applications (databases/campaigns). 6-12 month Customer Service Call Centre experience. Other Requirements: Must have Matric. Must Be Credit And Criminal Clear.
