HRIS Implementation Coordinator

Our client, a provincial transportation service provider, is seeking an HRIS Implementation Coordinator for their Mississauga office on a short-term contract (approximately 4 months). The successful candidate will hit the ground running by assisting HR & Payroll in executing a new HRIS implementation project, which aims to upgrade the current HRIS systems from ADP People/Pay at Work to ADP Workforce Now.
The main focus of this role is to document current HR processes, map them and automate workflows to align with the new HRIS. The incumbent will be responsible for the assessment of both the current manual processes and the capabilities of the new system in order to ensure the smooth transition and merging of the two systems. The incumbent will also be involved with a data cleansing exercise, which involves pulling HR reports from multiple sources (ADP, SharePoint, Excel spreadsheets, etc) in order to match HR reports to Payroll reports for accuracy and consistency.
If you have the below skills and qualifications, please send a copy of your resume outlining your experience:
    3-5+ years of experience, or a recent graduate
    A thorough understanding of HR and payroll administrative processes
    An HRIS background is required; must have knowledge of HRIS requirements and best practices
    Solid technical skills in process design and flow, mapping, system building, Excel and data management
    Ability to work collaboratively, accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while meeting strict deadlines
    Experience with People/Pay at Work and knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
