Mod Yard Lead

We are currently seeking Mod Yard Lead candidates for an opportunity based in Northern BC. You will be working for one of the world's leading engineering, procurement and construction companies.
Responsibilities:
    Monitor and validate all phases of work at the assigned module yard. Provide leadership, guidance and technical support to the members of the CM team in the respective module fabrication facility
    Ensure that the Module Yard Contractor is adhering to their HSE Program.
    Report changes in the program or shortfalls in documentation and materials that could impact progress
    Ensure the Mod Yard Contractor and Subcontractors are in possession of and using approved procedures and specifications
    Report incomplete modules to CM team management for a "ship-or-no-ship" decision
    Monitor module yard quality programs and assist in the clarification and interpretation of quality matters
    Monitor module assembly to ensure maximum allowable weights and dimensions are not exceeded
    Monitor fabrication, assembly and module shipping schedules in accordance with site installation Required On Site (ROS) dates
    Monitor module fabrication and assembly production reports
    Monitor responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and the timely issue of instructions, drawings, and specifications for scope changes
    Assist the CM team with reviews and estimates for contract extras
    Monitor the look-ahead schedules submitted by the Area Contractor and report schedule deviations
Basic Job Requirements:
    Successfully managed multiple projects utilizing more than 200 craft personnel and multiple contractors.
    The Module Yard Lead reports to the Construction Director, and is accountable to ensure that the Mod Yards deliver safe, productive, quality construction of modules to the project site.
    Degreed or equivalent project experience
    Typically has 8-15 years of experience
