Farm hand/ Potential Foreman Required, Other, Midlands.

Looking for a farm hand/potential foreman with the following qualifications: Grade 12, Fluent speaking English and Zulu (Afrikaans will be an advantage), Code 10 drivers license (PrDP), Permanent Residence / South African Citizen, At least 10 years farming experience, Must be technically orientated. Only persons between the ages 30 - 45 need to apply. Must have leadership qualities. Must have a strong personality and able to work as part of a team.

Must be honest Willing to work any time of the day if required (only in case of production, utilities and/or security emergencies.) Salary for the first 3 months will meat the minimum wage criteria and will be re-evaluated after the 3 month probation period. The position is a live in position with a 12 day on 3 days of work schedule. The farm operations is designed to  adhere to strict bio security standards that includes accommodation for the candidate only, no visitors will be allowed on the farm.
