Required Customer Service Representative with knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Office Products. Should have telephonic skills and must be fluent in English. Salary will be between 3000 to 4000 Aed, Insurance, Visa, Transportation will be provided other benefits according to UAE labour law.

Qualifications: Preferably Any Nationality. Smart, Positive And Well-Organised Individual. Good Communication Skills (Written, Verbal And Listening In Particular). Excellent Organisational And Time-Management Skills. Proficient In Ms Office Packages. Experience Is Preferred Although Not Essential. Candidates Must Have Good Communication Skills In Hindi, English. Able To Demonstrate Professional Phone Etiquette And A High Customer Service Commitment.

Responsibilities: Handle multi-line telephone system efficiently and accurately applying the company telephone etiquette & call handling. Respond to customer queries with information about products and services or technical assistance.
