It’s a 1-year development program that provides a comprehensive view of our business operations Gain hands-on and practical industry experience in various fields of expertise such as Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, and Corporate Planning.

Upon completion of the Program: You will be placed in positions of your Home Country to continue your learning journey with the company

Requirements: Locals from Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Morocco and Ethiopia are preferred Should be willing to travel to Shenzhen -China for 3 months on the job Training Good spoken and written English skills are essential, Mandarin is a Plus Fresh Masters or Degree holders with Technology Related, Analysis Mgt, Information Management, Economics, Engineering will be most ideal
