Corporate Claims Consultant, Randburg, Johannesburg. Role Summary: Duties will include registration and handling claims end to end. Qualifications: Minimum Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent. FAIS and RE accredited, advantageous. Experience: Have a good understanding of insurance principles. Have experience in the short term. Insurance industry. Minimum of 3 years motor claims.

Responsibilities: Governance, Abide by company policy, departmental procedures and procurement processes. Aligned to Digicall Solution’s core values. Operational Dealing with the notification of new claims if reported telephonically or otherwise Identify customers’ needs through appropriate questioning and listening techniques Illicit required information from  customers. Identify and solve customers’ problems. Follow correct logging procedures. Retrieve data. Identify information required for inputting purposes, including raising of accurate claims estimates. Capture relevant information according to customers’ requirements and company specific standards and procedures. Identify inaccuracies and take corrective action. Adhere to relevant claims processes and procedures. Referral of problem cases to appropriate manager for resolution Immediately report any claim over the Digicall mandate to the appropriate insurer / broker or as prescribed in the client requirements.
