East London, Eastern Cape, Assistant Retail Store Manager. Seeking a dedicated Retail Manager who is passionate about Food Retail and achieving Targets. We are looking for someone who takes pride and ownership of their store and has the organisational skills , knowledge and drive to push to greater achievement.
Minimum Requirements: Good Computer Skills (Excel, Email). Fluent in English – Read, Speak and Write. Previous Management Experience. Ability to work Retail Hours (work every second weekend). Valid Drivers License and own transport. Must be able to work under pressure. Basic HR knowledge. Able to solve problems fast. Able to handle multiple problems / projects at a time. Organised and great planner.
In addition the Candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Sales Targets. Adhering to Merchandising Standards. Ensuring proper stock management and control, to minimize loss and ensure good product availability. Deliver excellent customer service. Build and maintain relationships with our Suppliers.
Manage staff effectively. Inspire, motivate and develop your staff compliment to drive sales and excellent work performance. Maintain work procedures and hold staff accountable should standards not be met. Submissions of reports timeously and accurately. Only Applicants with stable job history will be considered.
