Determines the most efficient way of producing jobs and organize the production process. Overseeing department functions and managing employees. Work closely with the production team to work through projects and there will be opportunity to plan and trouble shoot projects. Supervising the packing operations. Final processing of goods for shipment. Coordinate to supply Affairs. Ensure the quality of products before supply. Responsibility for attendance and behavior of staff within the company.
