Responsibility: Report to the Factory Manager and be responsible for staff management, production, resource planning (BOM’s and JIT principles), maintain manufacturing standards, maintain line and factory fittings etc. Experience in boat building / composites environment advantageous. National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Production Management, Engineering or related field is a requirement. Please note that only candidate with a clear criminal record will be considered. Salary: R40 - 50 K ctc.
