Financial Well-Being Officer, Edenvale, East Rand. Duties: Making the outbound calls and overcoming objections. Talking to the clients and convincing them to provide personal details regarding financial situation. Convincing them that debt review is the solution. Closing the deal / influencing the client to sign up for debt review. Finalizing the process by / convincing them to sign on the dotted line and submit all documentation.

Experience: Financial Services background. Background in sales, outbound customer service, collections call center. Must have worked in High volume call centers, other Debt Counselling companies. Must live / come from / have grown up in the area/town in which the vacancy exists. (Cultural fit, and community network / possible client base.) Computer literate – especially excel. Must have stayed at employers for at least 2 years at a go. Candidates must be older than 30
