We are urgently looking experienced Female Secretary, -Need excellent English & Arabic skills, -Presentable and articulate in attending Telephone calls and responsible for all Administrative functions, experience preferable. -Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately -Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. -Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments -Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, -Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, -Good Typing Speed in Excel Worksheet Quotation -Must be present in UAE for interview
