Head Store Man, East London, Eastern Cape. Head Store man / East London - Only applicants with experience in the hardware industry and fluent in iSiXhosa will be considered for this position.

Min. Requirements: Grade 12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to communicate in Xhosa (Fluently) is essential. Must have experience in Managing a team consisting of Storemen, Assistant Storeman & General Assistants.

Must have experience in controlling a busy stores dept. which includes Receiving, Dispatching, Loading of vehicles, Stock Control, Practises & Policies. Must have experience in dealing with Disciplinary matters.

Strong Leadership skills. Ability to problem solve/use initiative/overcome challenges. Ensure highest level of Customer Satisfaction. Ability to follow Company Rules, Practices & Policies. Salary: R15 - R18k (negotiable on experience).
