Admin Secretary, Asian/African nationality. Answering phone calls. Greeting walk in customers. Checking Emails. Preparing Email correspondence. Working on MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel). Providing walk in customers refreshments / beverages. Providing customers necessary information (training will be provided). Assisting in other administrative work (training will be provided). Assisting accounting team with preparation of invoice (training will be provided). Good communication skills will be required.
