A Safety Clerk performs a variety of support tasks for the safety and compliance functions of the company.
Assist with compliance and safety recordkeeping (qualification, training, filing). Organized and accurate recordkeeping of assigned tasks. Assist with various major projects from time to time. Data-entry and filing of DOT Qualification and Training Materials and other safety information.
Circulate information applicable to each level of such an incident with the Project Management. Provide a Daily / Weekly / Monthly summary report of field HSE issues and activities including HSE documentation; Risk assessments, Toolbox talks produced, etc. Maintain and track safety files, training files, certifications and all licenses. Recommends deserving workers for Safety Awards.
Monitoring and updating all documentation in connection with the progress of work. Asian nationality Preferred.
