My client is look for 10 exceptional customer service agents to handle inbound calls with first call resolution. You will be dealing with all aspects of banking on the front line. You are the ideal candidate if you are a South African born citizen, have passed matric, clear ITC and Criminal record and have 2 years experience, as a top performer, working for an inbound banking call centre.
