The executive director may instruct the employee at any time to carry out additional duties or responsibilities, which fall reasonably within the ambit of the job, or in accordance with operational requirements

The main responsibility is to strategically purchase material for contracts and source new suppliers that adds value to the business. Buildsmart Requisitions & PO’s. Request quotations for various material, goods and services. Creating all Build Smart requisitions for the purpose of buying as required by the office and yard. Create (where applicable) and approve all Build Smart requisitions for various departments to the value of R200 000.

Creating all Build Smart requisitions for the purpose of buying as required for various contracts. Creating all Build Smart requisitions for the all subcontractors associated with various contracts. Creating all Build Smart requisitions for the company’s requirements. Ensure timeous and complete delivery of all PODS from all the sites as well as the suppliers. Ensure all creditors are up to date and add on new creditors. Updating & Maintaining of Quality Management Systems. Accurate and timeous maintenance of all charts related to projects, including Big Box, Econo-Loo and Kwik Space.

Compile monthly stock take accurately. Create credit request note to suppliers when required. Create and distribute new requisition templates to all sites. Updating the vendor B-BBEE data base on a monthly basis and Qualifications: Matric. Relevant course in procurement or buying. Logistical experience. +- 3 Years’ relevant industry experience. - +- 2 years buying experience. SALARY: R15 000- R20 000
