Media coordinator (mid weight ) agency / Northern Suburbs, Other, Northern Suburbs. Looking for a middleweight Media Coordinator for an agency based in Tygervalley. Very much an admin driven position It will also require the  person to check press ads & ultimately leaflets.

Responsibilities: Handle general administrative duties, provide admin & clerical support to Media Director. Attend meetings, maintain notes and coordinate distribution of agreements and next steps. Must have some client facing experience. Help check for accuracy and formatting on documents from internal team. Provide general support to the Media team as needed, checking of press and filling in when media coordinators are on annual leave and/or off sick.

Does all the follow up on status report for deliveries of leaflets. Collecting of products to shoot. Assist with job bag/photography update where and when necessary. Assisting and implementing, monitoring and troubleshooting media projects.

Experience and Skills: Some experience working at a media agency and/or relevant industry experience a must. The ideal candidate needs to be a highly motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and is extremely detail-oriented with excellent computer and interpersonal and execution skills. Must have the ability to multi-task, juggle and manage multiple priorities, possess strong self time management skills.

Excellent strong written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Detail-orientated, good follow through, ability to multi task and work well under tight deadlines and pressure. Strong proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint and word), specifically experience in creating detailed spreadsheets using Excel.

R 15 000 gross per month. To start asap.
