Office Administrator & Asst. HR Experience: 3-5 years relevant field. Gender: Male/Female Current Location: UAE. Experience in Outsourcing and sales preferred. Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Should have Basic UAE Labor Law knowledge Should have experience in HR activities. Should have basic accounts knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects. Customer-service oriented Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking. Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for senior members of the company. Provide administrative support for operations team. Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents Coordinate project deliverable.
